Requests and contacting the crew

When you submit a form, we receive your name, email, phone number and the details you provide about your visit or event. These may include a date, time, group size and a note. We use them to reply, check availability and discuss your booking or proposal. The website does not take payments.

Your request is stored in the website system and emailed to the crew. You also receive an acknowledgement. This does not automatically confirm a reservation. Access is limited to authorised staff and the providers supporting our hosting and email service. We do not use form submissions to automatically add you to marketing lists.

Necessary settings and cookies

Necessary cookies support administrator sign-in and displaying a received request once. The thank-you page cookie lasts up to 10 minutes and is cleared when the page is opened. The forms work without analytics permission. Technical checks and temporary limits on repeated submissions help protect the forms.

Google Analytics with your permission only

Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Allow analytics”. We measure visits and successfully submitted enquiries to understand which pages are useful. We do not send Google any names, email addresses, phone numbers, form text, request references or access codes. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled.

You can choose “Essential only” or change your choice in “Cookie settings”. We remember your analytics choice for up to 180 days, and Analytics cookies last up to one year. Google privacy information.

External websites

Links to Google Maps, Facebook and other external websites open when selected. Their own settings and terms then apply.
